King Island Dairy Lighthouse Blue Brie is a delicately distinctive cheese with a textured white mould and rich creamy centre. The mild blue mould gradually matures to develop a slightly spicy flavour. It is an ideal cheese for first time blue eaters due to its mild flavour.

The cheese is named after the lighthouses that ward off ships from the island's treacherous waters.
