Phoques Cove Camembert

King Island Dairy Phoques Cove Camembert has a tantalisingly nutty yet mild and creamy character when fully matured. The pale yellow centre is soft and smooth in texture and is encased in a thick covering of white mould. The camembert is named after the cove located on the north western tip of King Island.
