Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon of Honey
  • 1 or 2 Pears sliced length ways and deseeded
  • 1 x Wheel of King Island Dairy Double Brie 200g

Method
  • Place Cheese in Brie Baker and drizzle Honey on top.
  • Bake at 180°c for 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and serve with pear slices.
